Privacy
This is a small, unofficial planning tool. Here is exactly what it stores.
Your account
- A username, an email address (used only for password-reset links) and a bcrypt hash of your password — never the password itself.
- Your plans, module choices and any credit overrides you set.
- Messages you send through the feedback button, and the admin's replies.
- The date you registered and last signed in.
Page views
To see how much the site is used, each page view is recorded with the date, the page path and a random visitor id kept in a cookie. IP addresses, browser details and locations are not stored. Signed-in views are linked to your account id.
What is never stored
Durham usernames or passwords. The hosted version has no way to enter them; the “enhanced timetable” feature exists only in the self-hosted, single-user version.
Cookies
Two: natsci_session (your sign-in, 30 days) and natsci_v (the anonymous visitor id, 1 year). No third-party cookies or analytics scripts.
Deleting your data
Ask the admin via the feedback button; deleting an account removes its plans, overrides and messages.
